The product
The challenge.
Omnia brings businesses, augmented-reality creators and development tools into one marketplace. Some businesses arrive with a specific project; others need a starting point for explaining what they want to make.
The interface connects discovery, project briefs, creator profiles and support. Its central task is to carry a business’s intent into a request that a specialist can understand and respond to.

Design approach
How the design works.
Offer two ways to start a brief
The Create Project Brief screen offers a template or a blank starting point, with a short explanation of each. Both routes sit within the project workspace.
Templates provide a structure for a first request. Starting from scratch leaves room for projects that do not fit a standard format. The choice gives businesses guidance without imposing a single brief on every idea.
Connect the request with the creator’s next step
The project flow includes creator suggestions, descriptions, deployment options and permissions for custom quotes. These details connect the business’s request with the information a creator needs to respond.
The interface carries more than a project title. It brings the brief, delivery context and quote request into the same journey, giving each side a defined next step in the conversation.
Organise help around the person’s task
Help & Support groups topics under General, For Businesses and For AR Creators. Links name specific tasks, including placing an order, editing a profile and understanding payments.
This makes account role a useful starting point for finding help. Task labels explain what each destination covers before someone leaves the support page.

Reflection
The design takeaway.
The handoff is part of the product experience. A structured request and relevant help give both sides a clearer basis for the next conversation.
